The role of Finance Manager offers the chance to lead a global team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related financial operations. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the shared service function, ensuring effective delivery of AP and AR services across international sites. With recent investments made in automation, the next step is to optimise these technologies and streamline processes to further enhance performance.
This role plays a key part in the overall finance function, offering regular exposure to senior leadership and the wider business. You will be responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, supporting accurate reporting, and helping drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team. A major focus of the role will also be developing and motivating your team, aligning them with the broader goals of the organisation and ensuring that service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
