Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts Oversee budgeting processes and provide variance analysis Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financiais systems Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management Must be bi-lingual in English and Indonesian Language Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and Excel Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Additional Information Please note: This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
