Responsibilities

A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up. Here are the overview of the Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to;

  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting
  • Preparation of annual accounts for audit and annual statutory reporting
  • Management and ultimate responsibility for the Finance/Accounting software
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing and other transactions
  • Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements
  • Provide financial and analytical support to the Directors around budgets, spending, reporting and financial accountability
  • Develop, implement and monitor appropriate financial/accounting systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function
  • Supervision and performance management of the direct reports
