Mazda of Columbia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional financial services to our customers and dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES * PVR, CIT, and compliance * Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations. * Work closely with sales and management teams to structure financing packages tailored to customer needs. * Maintain knowledge of current lending sources, credit unions, and finance companies. * Prepare and present accurate financial reports regularly. * Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. * Train and supervise finance department staff as needed. * Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry. * Must run minimum of $2000 PVR and 45% VSC penetration. * 5 day CIT on average * Strong understanding of finance and legal compliance related to automotive financing. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in finance software and MS Office applications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong leadership and organizational skills.
