Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in financial modeling. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling business cases. Detail-oriented yet able to drive big-picture strategy. Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and skilled at prioritization across multiple workstreams. Confident communicator who can influence senior leadership. 2+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or related roles with demonstrated impact.
