Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the CFO and acting as an interim CFO when required. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, manage financial reporting, and assist with strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and implementing the organization's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial information and support decision-making processes, including investment appraisals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and regulators, ensuring timely communication and adherence to reporting requirements.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire finance department and make critical decisions related to financial management and strategic direction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, ideally within an FX/CFD brokerage environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group’s financial strategy, governance and performance.The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the complete finance function while working closely with the CEO, COO, project, commercial, procurement and operations teams to ensure strong financial control, profitability, cash flow and sustainable business growth.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE construction, interior fit-out, contracting, design & build or a similar project-based industry, with a proven understanding of project costing, cash flow management, commercial finance and financial risk.

  • Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Establish strong financial controls, policies and reporting standards.
  • Project & Commercial FinanceOversee financial performance across residential fit-out and design & build projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, variations and profitability.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Commercial teams on project financial performance.
  • Review project cost-to-complete and identify potential cost overruns at an early stage.
  • Ensure accurate project costing and margin analysis.
  • Support commercial teams in contract reviews, variations, claims and payment terms.
  • Cash Flow & Working CapitalTake ownership of Group cash flow planning and working capital management.
  • Monitor client collections, supplier payments, retention and project cash cycles.
  • Develop effective strategies to improve cash conversion and liquidity.
  • Maintain close oversight of receivables and payables.
  • Financial Reporting Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management accounts and financial statements.
  • Establish meaningful financial KPIs and dashboards for management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, tax, VAT and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and other financial institutions.
  • Cost Control & ProcurementStrengthen cost-control procedures across projects and operations.
  • Work with procurement and project teams to monitor material and subcontractor costs.
  • Review major purchases, supplier terms and financial commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
  • Risk ManagementIdentify financial, commercial and operational risks across the business.
  • Develop appropriate controls to protect company assets and profitability.
  • Support management in evaluating new projects, investments and business opportunities.
  • Ensure appropriate financial due diligence for major contracts and commitments.
  • Team LeadershipLead, develop and mentor the finance and accounts team.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, processes and performance standards.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy and commercial awareness.


  • Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior financial leadership.
  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller or equivalent senior role.
  • Strong UAE experience, preferably within interior fit-out, construction, contracting, design & build or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, cash flow and profitability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, audit and financial compliance.
  • Experience managing finance teams and working directly with senior management / Board.
  • Strong ERP and financial reporting system experience.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.


Preferred ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have experience managing finance for a project-driven business with multiple concurrent residential projects, including luxury villas, apartments and high-end interior fit-outs.Experience with in-house manufacturing / joinery, marble, glazing, MEP or other project-related divisions would be an advantage, given K4’s integrated operating model.
