FINANCE MANAGER – EPC OIL & GAS

A leading organization in the Oil & Gas / EPC sector is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its Finance & Accounts team in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment: Full-time | Onsite

Working Days: 6 days/week

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reporting To: Project Director / Managing Director

Key Requirements

• 18+ years of overall Finance & Accounting experience
• 12+ years of UAE experience
• Mandatory experience in EPC Oil & Gas / Construction & Engineering projects
• Strong experience in project finance & accounting
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control & cash flow management
• Experience in client billing, receivables, subcontractor payments & project profitability
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• Experience handling bank guarantees, LCs and project banking facilities
• Strong financial reporting, audit & compliance experience
• Experience managing and leading Finance & Accounts teams
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, QuickBooks, Zoho & advanced Excel
• CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA or equivalent qualification will be highly preferred
