Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and senior management, acting as a business partner to support profitability, operational efficiency, and achievement of the hotel’s financial and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Partner closely with the GM on business strategy, profitability, and performance improvement.
• Analyze revenue, costs, departmental performance, and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive cost optimization and revenue/profit improvement initiatives without compromising operational standards.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, audit readiness, and accurate reporting.
• Challenge and support department heads on budgets, costs, productivity, and financial performance.
• Provide management with timely commercial insights to support decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile

• Strong hospitality finance experience, preferably in a hotel/cluster environment.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior hotel finance role.
• Strong commercial and business acumen — able to look beyond the numbers and understand hotel operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with a GM and operational teams to achieve business targets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE hospitality experience is highly preferred.
