Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounting function across multiple divisions, business units and projects.

Manage division-wise P&L, revenue, WIP, costs, margins and overall profitability.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and cost-to-complete across the business.

Conduct budget vs. actual analysis, identify variances and implement corrective actions.

Manage working capital, cash flow, banking facilities, guarantees, LCs and overall liquidity.

Oversee client billing, payment certificates, receivables, retention, advances and collections.

Manage supplier and subcontractor accounts, payment certificates and outstanding liabilities.

Review financial aspects of construction contracts, variations, claims, advances, penalties and liquidated damages.

Monitor cost commitments, manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors and operational expenses.

Ensure accurate month-end closing, financial statements, MIS and management reporting.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, statutory requirements and internal controls.

Coordinate with Commercial, QS, Projects, Procurement, Operations and Business Unit Heads on financial matters and business performance.

Mandatory UAE construction/contracting experience, with proven experience managing finance across multiple divisions, business units and projects, including strong finance team leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory UAE construction/contracting experience across multiple divisions, business units and projects; CA/ACCA/CPA preferred.

Strong expertise in P&L, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, WIP, billing, IFRS, UAE VAT/Corporate Tax, with proven leadership and commercial acumen.
