Finance Manager – Korea Take ownership of the Korean entities’ financial operations Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including payments, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash flow management Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and monthly financial reporting in compliance with Korean GAAP, working closely with external accounting service providers Manage month-end close activities, account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and fixed asset accounting Monitor working capital, bank accounts, and fund flows to support operational requirements Coordinate with banks, payroll providers, auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and corporate secretarial teams Partner with APAC and UK teams to support cross-regional financial operations and reporting Perform ad-hoc duties as required What You'll Be Doing About You Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent 7 years of experience in finance operations or accounting, with direct exposure to multi-entity structures Hands-on experience including familiarity with Korean GAAP, federal and state tax filings, and working with Korean-based advisors Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a lean tea Prior experience in Technology/Data Centre industry will be an advantage In All We Do, Our Core Values Guide Us Relentless Innovation At Nscale, we constantly push the boundaries of innovation, embracing creative risks to shape the future. Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations for Korean entities, ensuring compliance with Korean GAAP. This includes managing cash flow, monthly reporting, and coordinating with external advisors and regional teams.
