We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to join our Online Business team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and performance. This role helps put a smile on customers’ faces by ensuring strong financial insights and governance that power our digital and O+O growth. A typical day in this Role: * Own regional eCommerce KPIs (including P&L and O+O performance) and lead analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and planning with a scientific and data‑driven approach. * Drive business and financial performance by providing actionable insights and partnering with Business Units to achieve annual targets (e.g., ROI analysis of promotions, BU performance reviews), demonstrating a strong customer‑focused mindset. * Act as a key stakeholder in reviewing and refreshing KPI definitions, control books, and guidelines, ensuring updated measurements and best practices that support the O+O (Offline + Online) business model. * Conduct financial and business analysis to identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities using data‑led methodologies. * Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on finance-related projects and enhancements (e.g., payment gateway, checkout, recognized sales, reconciliation, KPI reporting), working through collaboration as our way of working. * Lead annual budgeting process, monthly budget control, quarterly accruals, and ongoing variance analysis. * Lead end‑to‑end online finance operations, overseeing daily financial controls and governance, while developing and managing a team of finance professionals. * Participate in or lead ad‑hoc projects as required. Success will depend on: * Education background in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline * Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, including managing a sizable team in an online business or e-commerce environment * Strong understanding of online business models, revenue streams, and KPIs * Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle ERP, Power BI, SAP BO, and advanced Excel (including Macros) * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams * Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) What is holding you back?
