  • 5 years experience in Finance and Administration Leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Chartered Accountant – CPA designation preferred
  • Experience with ERPs, OneStream and PowerBI

About The Role: The Finance Manager/Operations Controller ensures the formulation and implementation of our Finance and Administration strategy onsite at our Indianapolis plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategy - Formulate a financial strategy for short-term and long-term planning
  • Business Year Planning – Guide activities of departments through the set up and implementation of annual plans
  • Financial control – Provide financial insight via plans, reports and budgets to leadership team
  • Management advice – Conduct financial analysis and communicate financial risk
  • Risk management - Plan, direct and control risk-management
  • Tax management - Ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Administrative organization - Ensure effective and controllable administrative processes
  • Budget control - Control the budget of the department to ensure that the department delivers its budget and meets KPI objectives
  • Human Resource Management - Organise, manage, develop and staff the department, to be equipped for current and future business challenges and contribute to the optimisation of business results.
