Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead annual operating plans, budget rolling forecasts and long range plans aligned with Client contracts and capacity utilization Develop CDMO forecast for product and services at project and client profitability levels Manage cost plus vs fixed price contract modeling; including change order and change in scope Coordinate with commercial, operations and supply chain for demand and capacity planning. Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, Customer’s Fees, and Inventory Accounting. Ensure control over financial transactions by following related SOPs and processes. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-quarter-year end close process Manage cash flow and approved AP payments. Monthly closing and reconciliation of all control accounts for finance closing (FI Module of SAP) Support Internal and External Audits Perform monthly closing activities for CO and PS module under SAP Any other related job functions. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Understanding of CDMO business excellent accounting software user and administration skills Excellent SAP skills, S4/HANA finance transformations, SAP FI, CO, PS; material ledger (actual costing); variance calculations; Strong knowledge of systems and financial and costing processes in Finance domain. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. Act as a finance business partner to Operations; Quality; Supply Chain; Commercial teams. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, or similar field Master degree preferred, but not required Around 5 years of experience in US CDMO Industry Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite TRAVEL: Less than 10%
