We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • An experienced Finance Manager with at least 5 years PQE within the private healthcare sector.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience of managing a small team.
  • Strong IT system skills with good level of MS Excel.
  • Corporation tax, VAT, payroll taxes as appropriate to the business
  • Interaction with external Auditors and management of the annual audit process
  • Interactions with NHS and PMIs
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responsibility for all aspects of financial management for OSDH.
  • Responsible for the day to day activities of the finance team.
  • Provision of accurate and timely financial information and analysis.
  • Management of financial process and controls.
  • Working closely with members of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for providing accurate financial data to inform decisions about the business and to support strategy and change.
