Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager who will serve as a strategic business partner — someone who brings strong financial acumen, analytical depth, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This individual will be responsible for full P&L ownership, identifying and influencing the key drivers of both revenue growth and cost management.
This role will support either our Food Service or International business units — both of which are fast-paced and highly visible within the organization. It offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of financial performance, shape business outcomes, and contribute meaningfully to overall strategic goals.

WHO WE ARE…

We’re your top choice for foam cups, classic red SOLO cups, and convenient take-out containers, ensuring you can enjoy your food and drinks anytime, anywhere!

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

  • Trusted Financial Advisor: Be the primary financial advisor to the BU VP, offering strategic guidance on financial performance, opportunities & risks and investments
  • P&L Management: Assist in managing the P&L, ensuring optimal resource allocation and delivering actionable insights from financial statements and variance analysis (vs. AOP, prior year)
  • Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop financial plans and forecasts that align with revenue and margin goals, including detailed financial forecasts for the monthly Integrated Decision Making (IDM) process and annual AOP. Analyze key financial data (sales, margins, ROI) to identify areas for improvement and support critical investment decisions. Prepare and present financial reports, performance metrics, and key drivers to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • ROI & Capital Investments: Develop ROI analyses for capital projects, including new product launches, capacity expansions, automation initiatives and other critical investment decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Pricing, Product Line Management, Account Management, Trade, and Sales teams to ensure pricing decisions and promotional programs are financially sound and contribute to P&L performance
  • Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic initiatives and portfolio optimization/SKU rationalization efforts. Review new business opportunities to ensure they are financially beneficial and consistent with the BU’s strategy
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business
  • Data: Collaborate with Power BI, Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistency of data across company

WHERE YOU’LL DO IT…

The Finance Manager will work out of our Mason, Michigan headquarters reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Director. From our humble beginnings in the 1960s, we’ve grown our Mason campus footprint and now offer employees an onsite fitness center, recycling facilities, mile-long wellness walkway between buildings, and more. For those who would need to consider relocation for this opportunity, we offer a generous relocation program to help take the stress out of moving.
