Description
  1. achelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related majors; holders of German or internationally recognized finance/tax qualifications preferred (e.g., German Tax Advisor Steuerberater, ACCA, etc.).
  2. 5+ years of finance work experience, including 3+ years of local German finance and tax hands-on experience, familiar with German Accounting Standards (HGB) and all-tax filing processes.
  3. Experience in large companies or major corporations, with the ability to independently take charge of full-scope finance or tax modules.
  4. Language requirements: Fluent German (working language, C1 or above recommended); fluent Mandarin, able to communicate smoothly in Chinese with headquarters (essential requirement). English usable as a working language.
  5. Currently living in Germany or willing to accept long-term work in Germany.
  6. Experience in finance/tax at multinational companies or German subsidiaries of Chinese companies preferred.
  7. Experience in providing finance support during integration periods preferred.
  8. Proficient in mainstream ERP systems and Office software.
  9. Strong ability to work independently, adaptable to remote reporting mode, with cross-cultural communication skills.


  1. Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience in handling complex tax matters with German tax authorities and auditors.
  2. Understanding of the differences between Chinese and German accounting standards, with experience in reporting financial data to China headquarters.
  3. Team coordination ability, able to effectively liaise with local finance personnel and external institutions.
