Job Details Job Location: Peachtree Church - Atlanta, GA 30305 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Job Shift: Monday-Friday Job Category: Finance Responsibilities: Perform all bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage end-of-month clearing, reserve accounts, house accounts, PPC, GYM, RRH, and YE reports & reconciliation. Perform YE Reports & Reconciliation for PPC, Gym, RRH, Reserves, Missions, Z Fellows, Steeple, and Sunday School class accounts Oversee financial reporting and monitoring of reports, budgets, and variances. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for finance processes. Conduct finance program trainings with various departments. Send financials to the bank Ensure all roles are cross-trained and provide needed training Assist with audits: Organize materials weekly and monthly, and create/enhance audit processes. Manage the finance specialist Conduct quarterly financial review meetings with all departments. Work with the Sr. Finance Director to lead budget planning for PPC, GYM, RRH, and Steeple accounts. Timely and accurately manage sales tax monthly reporting and filing with the state. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience in financial management and accounting, ideally 5-7 years experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with Emotional Intelligence in dealing with people and vendors both without and within the church Ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including intermediate to advance Excel skills Skills: Financial reporting and analysis Budgeting and forecasting Process improvement Audit and compliance Training and development Cross-functional collaboration
