The Finance Manager is the lead finance partner for the organization and has responsibilities covering all aspects of financial management, financial accounting, budgeting, statutory and internal audit and reporting.
He/She has sound technical as well as management skills to lead the Finance team; consolidate their work and ensuring its quality and accuracy, especially for reporting purposes.
He/She provides financial status on working capital and the financial position of the organization by analysing and interpretating internal data.
He/She has a key role in implementing policies and processes to identify and manage operational and financial risks, also in work improvement initiatives that are geared towards excellence in work quality, effective compliance and efficiency in Finance
