• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of finance experience, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment where you built frameworks from scratch.
• Commercial & financial background: Proven experience in cross-functional business partnering, blending FP&A with strategic commercial operations.
• Pricing experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale/distribution businesses; direct exposure to Amazon or other online marketplace economics is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills — you're confident with financial modeling, unit economics, and building analysis from raw data (advanced Excel/Sheets required; SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI a plus).
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach: A track record of turning ambiguous commercial problems into actionable P&L models and strategies without relying on an existing playbook.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
