As a rapidly growing enterprise with complex global import pipelines and high density distribution hubs, we supply essential power tools, machinery, and trade equipment to Australia's construction and industrial sectors.

To support our continued expansion, we are appointing a Finance Manager to lead end to end accounting, multi site working capital management, supplier rebate governance, and financial reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Control & Reporting: Lead month end and year end closing processes, preparing accurate statutory accounts, management reporting packs, and financial statements.
• Commercial & Operational Analysis: Partner with business leaders to deliver performance insights, variance analysis, and key operational metrics to support strategic decision making.
• Planning & Forecasting: Direct annual budgeting, rolling store level forecasts, and cash flow models with a strong focus on high volume inventory liquidity.
• Governance & Compliance: Manage all tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance obligations while managing external audit relationships.
• Process Improvement & Leadership: Direct and mentor the finance team, driving systems enhancement and internal control optimisations across the company.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.
• Background: Strong background as a Finance Manager in multi-site trade retail, industrial distribution, or high volume supply chain environments.
• Core Competencies: Deep expertise in operational analysis, and multi entity financial control.
• Systems: Advanced exposure to ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
