Key Responsibilities

  • Group consolidations across the private equity arm and related entities
  • Corporate and financial reporting, including management packs and board‑level insights
  • Partnering directly with the CEO to support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Implementing and enhancing finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Operating effectively in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all financial outputs


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in consolidations and multi‑entity reporting
  • Exposure to private equity, investment management, or complex corporate structures
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting
  • Proven capability to implement processes, streamline reporting, and uplift controls
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working closely with senior executives, including the CEO
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in finance systems (NetSuite/oracle preferred)
