Tasks, skills and responsibilities
- Processing and monitoring of ongoing financial transactions and invoices
- Performing month-end closing and account reconciliations
- Receivables management and clarification of payment discrepancies
- Preparation of VAT and tax returns
- Budget planning and analysis of target/actual deviations
- Preparation of monthly and annual reports
- Ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
- Management of administrative processes and order processing
- Collaboration with auditors, tax advisors and the international finance team
Technical requirements
- Completed studies in finance, accounting or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of German tax and financial regulations
- Experience in budget planning, reporting, and financial analysis
- Excellent Excel skills
- Fluent German and English skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
- Experience in handling audits and annual financial statements is an advantage.
