Position Title: Finance Manager – Property Development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA – qualified or part-qualified) preferred/required.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within property development or real estate.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and real estate investment analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE taxation, VAT, and real estate financial compliance.

SOFT SKILLS

• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  Pay: AED12,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to drive business growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for property development and brokerage operations.
• Analyze financial performance, highlight risks/opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management.
