We are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive operational excellence within our fast-paced brokerage.

Requirements (Must Haves): ✅

• A candidate who speaks Arabic and/or Hindi fluently.
• Proven finance experience in the real estate brokerage sector (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of brokerage finance operations.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations of the brokerage, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic insights that directly impact growth. You will manage a finance team, handle reporting and audits, and partner with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the brokerage.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Manage audits, risk management, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive efficiency in financial processes and reporting systems.
