Job Description Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager, will be responsible for production of the monthly management accounts Production of quality monthly financial reporting packs, including full P&L and detailed balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with the Radius Group timetable Provide vital support for daily and weekly cashflow forecasting to deliver in a timely and accurate manner Challenge the existing reporting and controls providing proactive assistance, support and guidance to the team, to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies Assist with audits, corporate tax returns and statutory submissions Support with the group-wide intercompany reconciliation process Support in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomously Lead and develop a team of trainee accountants to deliver high quality performance Qualifications Minimum 4 years’ experience of working in a Finance related role CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) Technical accounting skills Experience of Sage or similar accounting system would be desirable Advanced Excel skills – including experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and V-Look Up Experience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation.
