REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment strategies.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
