We are seeking a Finance Manager to help support our expanding operations and provide reliable financial insight to our leadership and operating teams. Position Overview The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the monthly close process, and delivering meaningful financial reporting across multiple operating entities. This role bridges accounting and operations — ensuring numbers are correct while helping managers understand performance and profitability. You will work directly with ownership, operating partners, general managers, and our external CPA firm. Requirements Responsibilities Accounting & Close Assist with monthly close across multiple entities Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts Post journal entries and accruals Maintain general ledger accuracy and documentation Track fixed assets and prepaid expenses Support intercompany allocations Financial Reporting Produce monthly P&L reporting packages Prepare weekly flash reports (sales, labor, prime cost) Assist in variance analysis vs budget and prior year Maintain standardized reporting templates Distribute financial reports to management teams Operational Support Work with managers on labor, food, and beverage cost performance Assist with inventory and purchasing analysis Support menu costing and pricing updates Help operators understand financial statements and trends Payables, Cash & Compliance Review accounts payable coding and approvals Monitor vendor balances and aging reports Review daily sales postings and cash reconciliation reports Assist with sales tax, meals tax, and occupancy tax reporting Maintain audit and CPA support documentation Budgeting & Process Improvement Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting Track performance against plan Maintain POS and accounting system integrations Help implement standardized financial procedures Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–6 years accounting or finance experience Strong Excel skills Thorough working knowledge of QuickBooks (multi-entity and reconciliations required) Understanding of financial statements and reconciliations Preferred Restaurant, hotel, retail, or multi-location operational experience Multi-entity accounting experience Experience with POS integrations Familiarity with Restaurant365 or similar accounting platforms Skills & Traits Detail-oriented and organized Analytical and problem-solving mindset Comfortable communicating with operators and managers Reliable with deadlines Able to manage multiple priorities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off Retirement plan eligibility Opportunities for growth within a growing hospitality group Collaborative, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Submit resume and a brief introduction explaining your experience working with operational businesses or multi-location organizations.
