Description RCA seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team. We are a fast-paced, volume-driven store with a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Secure financing and insurance options for customers through multiple lenders while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Present and sell F&I products, including extended service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products, maximizing dealership profitability. Maintain high standards of customer service, transparency, and professionalism throughout the sales and finance process. Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth deal flow and maximize gross per retail unit (PVR). Monitor and manage deal compliance, paperwork accuracy, and timely funding. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions. Train and mentor sales staff on finance processes and product presentation. Requirements Qualifications Proven track record as an F&I or Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and product presentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS/CRM systems. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
