Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive sales by presenting product information, demonstrating features, and negotiating pricing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
