JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Leader hungry for the next level in their career progression at a very exciting juncture for ABI when both businesses it owns & operates are all set to take the next leap in growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, driving financial planning, and ensuring the company’s financial health & adequate funding.
This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of financial management within the MSP, Telecoms, or Security industry sectors. You would ideally be an existing Financial Controller, Finance Leader, Finance Manager, Management Accountant at a mid-level position no more than 2 years with aspirations to grow into a Finance Director for both Businesses in 18-24 months down the line, & with an excellent knack for getting the best out of existing finance colleagues, hungry to spearhead financial growth to next level for yourself. You will be formally inducted into the ABI Company Board at an opportune time as well as formally inducted as Company Director into the 2x respective Businesses upon successful completion of the “initial period “or once the opportune time arrives whichever is relevant.

Responsibilities
  • Proven skill at implementing reliable financial systems & processes.
  • Adept at balancing risk and opportunities, can produce intended results within a fast-paced, intense environment
  • Successfully lead revenue assurance & bill runs
  • Successfully lead Vendor & Wholesaler negotiations & buy costs management
  • Able to produce intended results based on a model of delegated leadership as well as encouraging and developing successful finance colleague relationships.
  • Conducting weekly, monthly financial reports, reviews & strategic changes.
  • Producing/overseeing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, other financial reporting.
  • Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Meeting KPIs in aged debtors, PL costs variance, long term/annual strategic goals.
  • Conducting daily, regular financial analysis, interpreting data in turn to provide insights to management colleagues for effective change.
  • Managing and leading all finance colleagues, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of quality work over worked hours etc.
  • Very effective at forecasting, constantly devising strategies to meet business objectives.
