The role

You'll split your week across both businesses as their finance manager. The first focus is getting the fundamentals running smoothly and from there, the role opens up into forecasting, automation, systems and strategy. You'll work alongside founders who want a genuine finance partner, not just a number cruncher.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll have support from the family office's operations leadership and a structured handover from the businesses' external accountants.

What you'll be doing, and then automating as much as possible:

• Month-end close and management accounts in Xero
• Budgets, forecasts and reporting to founders and the board
• AP, AR, reconciliations, cash flow and working capital
• Multi-entity reporting and payroll compliance
• Inventory, margin and FX management for an internationally growing brand
• Financial modelling for new sites and expansion
• Supporting capital raises with clear numbers and models
• Bringing structure and process to fast-moving teams
