Balance Search is representing a substantial Perth-based organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a sizeable finance function.

This is a senior commercial role in a high-volume environment, with responsibility for finance operations, reporting, governance, controls and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and external auditors while supporting the continued improvement of finance processes and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a sizeable finance team.• Oversee high-volume finance operations.• Manage financial reporting, audit and control requirements.• Maintain strong financial governance and process discipline.• Work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers.• Identify risks, resolve issues and ensure appropriate escalation.• Improve the efficiency, accuracy and accountability of finance processes.• Provide practical financial advice to support business decision-making.
