The Role

• Own month-end close and financial reporting, delivering accurate results within deadlines
• Lead and develop small team of accounting professionals with the support of the Financial Controller.
• Drive process improvement and finance transformation: streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and lift quality of reporting
• Leverage technology (OCR/automation/AI) to improve finance operations
• Partner with FP&A to provide meaningful reporting, insights and decision support
• Oversee AR and working capital, building on some of the key automations that have been initiated.
• Support revenue recognition across technology projects, service/maintenance contracts and other revenue streams
