Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day finance function, including month-end processes, general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Oversee project accounting, including the allocation and monitoring of labour, materials and associated project costs.
• Prepare and analyse project profitability, margins, budgets and financial performance.
• Partner with Project Managers and operational leadership to identify cost variances and improve commercial outcomes.
• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with capital expenditure analysis.
• Coordinate audit requirements and ensure compliance with relevant financial obligations
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and operational efficiencies.
