Speedex, a member of the Sfakianakis Group of Companies, is seeking a hilghly skiled Finance Manager. The ideal candidate possesses a strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles & excellent organizational skills and will play a key role in managing finance operations. Finance Manager Responsibilities: Oversees financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, credit control and compliance Supervises the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial, accounting, reporting and operational performance Monitors and analyzes accounting data, coordinates and handles operations for the month and year-end closing Coordinates and completes the annual regular and tax audits in collaboration with tax auditors Manages cash flow, annual budget and revises forecasts Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Delivers financial analysis to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Provides suggestions for improving systems and procedures and initiates actions where required Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive cost efficiencies Ensures that all financial reporting is accurate and aligns with company policies and regulatory standards Develops and maintains strong relationships with banks and financial institutions Qualifications: BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, MSc / MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certifications are highly preferred At least 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (such as GAAP or IFRS) and tax laws Excellent understanding of financial management, including financial planning and budgeting Experience in using ERP systems - SAP familiarization will be considered a plus Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written) Core Strengths: Analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and problem-solving Ability to lead and manage teams and drive performance Proper time management & effective prioritization Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Life & health insurance plan Participation in the company’s Pension plan Opportunities for professional advancement Dynamic and modern work environment
