REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA/CPA/ACCA is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role,
• UAE Real Estate background is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial & VAT regulations in the UAE
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
