Job Description Colliers is recruiting for an experienced professional to join as Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance Controller in Singapore. Working closely with business lines in Singapore, this role will ensure all financial management, statutory reporting and internal controls is in place for business to function effectively. Key responsibilities : Financial Management Guide a team of Outsourced Accountants to provide timely and accurate book-keeping services. Prepare / review journal entries prepared by accountants. Prepare, monitor & review AP and AR transactions and allocation / overhead journals. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, Balance Sheet review and Profit and Loss review (Full Set of Accounts). Assist Financial Controller in preparing monthly forecasts and annual budgets. Cashflow management and liaise with regional team for any borrowing shortages or surplus repatriation. Prepare Intercompany billings, entries & settlements. Prepare monthly, quarterly accounting and tax pack submissions to regional team. Prepare statistical reports as required by the authorities Statutory Reporting (Audit & Taxation) Liaise with auditors to review the Financial Statements, Statutory reports and ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports. Corporate tax preparation (ECI reporting, GST reporting, Corporate tax reporting) Liaise with external tax advisor for the corporate tax review and submission. Liaise with external tax advisor for transfer pricing documentation preparation. Internal Control & System Integration Review and improve accounting and finance processes for better workflow, efficiency, and controls. Perform system (SUN, Concur, etc.) maintenance to ensure required setups are done appropriately. Manage and supervise daily operations and performance of the team to ensure a sound system of internal control for the department. Participate in the financial system integration process with global team. Maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and ensure exceptional service. Determine resource requirements and monitor existing and new client engagements. Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts Knowledge of Singapore market and regulatory understanding will be an added advantage. Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Experience in managing new Accounting System Implementation process. High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure and tight timelines. Strong in Excel, fluent in writing and presentation skills. Meticulous with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
