This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient handling of daily financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income auditing, and cash reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role involves preparing accurate financial reports, assisting with budgets and forecasts, and supporting end-of-month procedures. Additionally, the Multi Property Finance Manager maintains a strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and collaborates well with senior financial leadership t align financial operations with the organizations goals. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions * Prepare and deliver financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, while analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and provide recommendations for optimization * Uphold company values and carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
