A fantastic opportunity to join the Swansea Bay Health Board Finance Team has arisen and we are looking for a proactive, strategic Finance Leader to undertake the post of Site Lead within Finance Business Partnering.
The Site Lead will provide robust and diverse strategic financial leadership to the Service Area, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

THE SITE LEAD WILL:

Support the Finance Business Partnering team in providing professional financial advice, support, and information for the activities of the Service Area to enable the delivery of the Service objectives and operational plan;
Work closely with Service Area Budget Holders and Service Managers to provide support in the delivery of the finance agenda;
Provide support into the financial and business planning processes within the Service Area to ensure that the financial implications of service developments are fully identified and understood. They will contribute to efficiency and productivity improvement programmes within the Service;
Support the Finance Business Partnering teams in ensuring that the Service Area’s financial activities and systems are in line with corporate policies and procedures and meet the highest standards of stewardship and probity and comply with corporate governance requirements;
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, which facilitate the achievement of the Health Board’s financial objectives.
