Lead and mentor the financial accounting team
Delivery of the month-end reporting for the group, including all balance sheet reconciliations, adjustment journals and variance to forecast analysis
Manage the external audit and other compliance requirements, including oversight of the preparation of financial statements, compliance with accounting standards and preparation of supporting workpapers
Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc financial reports for senior leaders of the business
Assist the Commercial team in the completion of forecasts
Support Commercial and Operations team with financial information and reporting to support decision making
Assist the Financial Controller with cash flow management
Supporting continuous business processes and systems improvements
