Position Overview: The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving dealership profitability by managing and facilitating the financing process for customers. This position requires a professional who can deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing opportunities for financing, insurance, and warranty products. Key Responsibilities: Manage the finance process for new and used vehicle sales, ensuring smooth, transparent, and timely delivery. Secure financing options through lenders while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Present and sell finance, insurance, and extended warranty products to customers. Structure deals to achieve dealership profit goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive terms for customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure deals are processed efficiently and accurately. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and transparent financing experience. Monitor and manage the store's finance performance metrics, including product penetration, profitability, and lender relationships. Train and mentor sales team members on finance product offerings to maximize opportunities. Requirements Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and state/federal regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong relationship-building skills with lenders and customers. Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
