Shape the future of finance at EQT We’re looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Stockholm. In this key role, you’ll drive financial consistency across our European entities, lead external providers, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide to strengthen financial excellence and governance. About the Role As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing operations across 14 legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with EQT’s global standards. You’ll manage outsourced finance partners, support audits and tax compliance, and lead process improvements that make a real impact. Key responsibilities include Reviewing management accounts and reconciliations. Approving VAT, withholding, and corporate tax filings. Leading external audits and managing service providers. Driving process optimization and regional finance initiatives. Partnering with HR, Compliance, and other key functions across EMEA. About You You are a qualified accountant (4–6 years of experience) with a strong background in audit or similar finance role. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple entities and stakeholders across regions.
