Description $120K–$200K+ Performance-Based Income | High-volume store | Established customer base | Strong income opportunity Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for structuring deals, securing financing, and delivering a compliant, customer-focused F&I experience — while maximizing profitability and protecting the dealership. If you are a proven F&I producer who values structure, consistency, and long-term growth, this is a strong opportunity within a stable, multi-brand operation. Why This Role Matters The F&I Manager plays a critical role in both revenue generation and customer experience. You will partner with the sales team to: Finalize deals efficiently Present finance and protection products Ensure full compliance and accuracy Drive profitability through structured execution This position directly impacts store performance, CSI, and long-term customer relationships. The Role You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the F&I process, including: Deal Structuring & Funding Structure retail, lease, and cash deals accurately and efficiently Secure financing through a network of lenders Ensure all deals are fully funded in a timely manner Product Presentation & Profitability Present F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection products) Maximize product penetration while maintaining customer trust Maintain strong gross profit performance per deal Compliance & Documentation Ensure all deals meet federal, state, and lender compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, OFAC, etc.) Maintain clean, audit-ready deal jackets Protect the dealership from risk through disciplined processes Team Collaboration Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and close customers Support a smooth transition from sales to finance Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented culture What It Takes 2+ years of automotive F&I Manager experience required Proven track record of product penetration and PVR performance Strong understanding of deal structure, lender programs, and compliance Experience with Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar systems Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional, detail-oriented, and process-driven Performance Expectations Maintain strong PVR and product penetration metrics Ensure fast, clean deal funding Deliver a consistent and compliant customer experience Minimize CIT and funding delays Support overall dealership profitability and CSI How We Operate High-volume, multi-brand dealership environment Established lender relationships and structured processes Focus on consistency, compliance, and customer experience Performance-driven culture with clear expectations Compensation & Benefits $120,000–$200,000+ annual earnings (performance-based) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) plan Paid Time Off and holidays Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Career growth opportunities within Swickard Why Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage High-volume, multi-brand store with strong opportunity Established team and consistent deal flow Leadership that values structure, accountability, and performance Part of a growing organization with advancement potential
