What You’ll Do You’ll own the full finance experience—from structure to funding: Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products with clarity, professionalism, and compliance Structure deals to optimize profitability, lender alignment, and customer satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Drive performance across key metrics: Per Vehicle Retail (PVR) Product penetration (VSC, GAP, maintenance) Menu utilization and compliance Funding speed and deal accuracy Ensure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance standards Partner closely with Sales Managers to ensure clean, efficient deal flow Deliver a seamless, professional experience that builds trust and repeat business This role rewards consistency, attention to detail, and execution under pressure.
