QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA designation, CFA or MBA
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, particularly in the CPG Industry
• 2+ years at a managerial, or mentorship level.
• CPG Industry experience preferred
• Standard costing and production variance analysis expertise required
• Strong ERP experience - SAP and Power BI preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting into the Director of Finance this position is responsible for FP&A tasks and working cross functionally with other departments. This is a very strategic, forward thinking role and is key in supporting various operational teams for growth while also managing a small team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with developing the annual operating plan
• Month end analysis with comments on variances with a focus on sales, cogs and gross profit.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and reporting
• Provide business partnering to key stakeholders
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance and participate in the capital review process
• Lead the development of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and support long-range strategic planning
• Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of financial analysts
