Finance Manager

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor financial performance, costs and profitability, and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and risk management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.
• Support management in business planning, investment decisions and commercial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, cost control and business performance.
• Lead, coach and manage the finance team.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial acumen.
• Good understanding of internal controls, tax and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems.
