We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to lead and elevate our finance function as we scale our business to the next level! In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, risk management, and compliance, while working closely with senior management to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of a fast-growing organization and make a direct impact at the executive level. The Role Lead financial planning and budgeting. Supervise monthly financial closing Analyze financial trends and monitor budget achievements. Lead preparation of management report and presentations Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g. GAAP, IFRS, tax). Drive finance business process improvements and ERP implementation. Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management processes. Support decision-making across departments with strategic financial analysis and business modeling. Lead finance special projects Lead, nurture and mentor the finance, accounting and tax team. Familiarity with finance business process mapping and ERP implementation. Experience in leading financial planning and budgeting. Strong practical knowledge in accounting, finance and tax. Strong presentation and project management skills Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken Ability to work under pressure and willing to go extra mile Previous experience in leading financial due diligence, corporate finance restructuring, and M&A will be an added advantage.
