• Leadership: Lead and inspire a small, high-performing finance team in Norway, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Financial Closure Processes: Oversee smooth and accurate monthly and year-end closes.
• Process Improvement: Streamline accounting operations to ensure efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage cash forecasting, VAT filings, and statutory reporting.
• Strategic Influence: Work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and global finance team to shape accounting policies across the group.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams to achieve financial excellence.
