About the Role
Our client, an international leader in the food industry, is undergoing a dual transformation: streamlining operations to improve profitability while driving forward strategic M&A initiatives.
We are looking for a Finance Manager Transformation & M&A to play a key role in this journey. The position sits at the intersection of strategic finance, transformation leadership, and M&A execution—offering a unique opportunity to influence the future of a European food portfolio.
What You’ll Do

M&A EXECUTION

  • Lead financial execution of brand carve-outs, ensuring day-one readiness and smooth transitions.
  • Oversee monthly carve-out activities (P&L reporting, inventory, TSA charging, handovers).
  • Align with senior leadership teams and M&A stakeholders to support strategic priorities.
    Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, finance directors across Europe, transformation PMOs, supply chain, and external consultants. The role reports into the Strategy Lead.

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional finance qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent); MBA/Master’s a plus.
  • 7–9 years’ experience in finance, operational roles, or business partnering (preferably in SC, FP&A, M&A).
  • Strong P&L knowledge, financial control expertise, and hands-on mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver results.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to drive transformation and contribute to high-profile M&A projects.
  • Work in a fast-paced international environment with senior-level exposure.
  • Build broad cross-functional experience across finance, operations, and leadership.
