Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Finance Manager to join our team in DRC. This role will act as a key advisor to operational and commercial leaders, managing clearing and, insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong business acumen and a passion for the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Strategic Oversight Manage financial operations across the Group’s customs clearing, rail, and logistics activities. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency Accounting, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with local tax legislation, OHADA standards, and international reporting frameworks such as IFRS. Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and financial risk mitigation practices. Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory entities. Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard the Group’s assets. Financial & Operational Support for Group Entities Lead the financial structuring, cost control, and reporting for the customs clearing and rail companies. Support the logistics division in financial modeling, investment planning, and pricing strategy. Develop and monitor financial control frameworks to ensure consistent performance across all supported operations. Leadership & Representation Represent the Group’s financial interests locally in the DRC and ensure alignment with corporate governance standards. Assist in negotiations and coordination with financial institutions, vendors, and public authorities. Provide financial guidance and strategic input to executive teams and business units regarding tax. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA certification may be preferred) 8+ years of minimum experience in a Financial Analyst/controller role. Proven experience in a financial/business controller role, preferably within the logistics / transport industry. Must be French speaking Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
